the idea
Climate change is a critical topic for both current and future generations. Since climate science and literature surrounding it can be complex, we aim to simplify this information. Our goal is to translate scientific language into concise and easily understandable explanations that are accessible to everyone. By doing so, we hope to create a platform where the broader society can rely on accurate, science-based information. Through clear explanations and effective visualizations, we strive to empower individuals with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions and take meaningful actions.

Carolin Gresch
In autumn 2023 Carolin started this project. She has several years of experience working in the climate change team for the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative. In her job she realised the urgent need to simplify complex climate science information and build a bridge between civil society and climate science.
Sascha Metz
Sascha joined the project in 2024 and brought the idea to life by building the website and continually improving it. His commitment to developing a user-friendly and accessible site for climate science information helps turn the vision into a functional and impactful platform.
